Hi there! My name is Helena and I am the founder and CEO of LegaSea Ecology and a huge marine enthusiast. I first became interested in the ocean after taking a marine biology course in high school and was hooked after I became PADI scuba certified in 2017. After graduating in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in conservation biology, I was determined to create an accessible resource to help educate everyone on life below the surface. I believe that one of the best ways to mitigate the threats our oceans face today is through accessible education understood by all.
